Meet Dr. Noffsinger

Dr. Mary Noffsinger is the Co-Founder and President of de novo Jury Consulting.  

A human behavior expert and trusted advisor to legal teams in complex, high-stakes litigation, clients rely on Dr. Noffsinger’s fresh perspective on the art and science of all things jury. She and de novo Jury Consulting embrace a collaborative approach that aligns with the unique needs of each case.  

Having consulted on more than 1,000 cases over 20 years, Dr. Noffsinger continuously fine-tunes her craft to keep in step with the ever-evolving litigation landscape. Bridging the gap between psychology and law with her extensive courtroom experience, she leads with the belief that it is never too early to consider the jury.  

Dr. Noffsinger and de novo Jury Consulting create cutting-edge analytics to transform research and real-world data into strategic insights for trial preparation, as well as mediation and settlement negotiations. 

Dr. Noffsinger earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Texas and a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, San Marcos, graduating from both with summa cum laude honors. With expertise in clinical, forensic, and neuropsychology, she has testified as an expert in federal court and served as a faculty member at several universities, including the University of Oklahoma and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.  

Often featured in national and local news media, Dr. Noffsinger is a frequent presenter for trial academies, corporate legal departments and organizations, State Bar conventions, law schools, and law firms.

We also partner with Dr. Tannahill Glen, an expert neuropsychological consultant who specializes in reformulating traditional approaches to neuropsychological issues in cases involving claims of brain injury and other neurologic/psychiatric conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, stroke, PTSD, chronic pain).
